Mariners is a Bible reading project which offers resources to help understand and apply God’s Word to our everyday lives.  The project derives its name from an ancient link between the Church and the sea. The early Christians likened the Church to a ship, and saw themselves navigating life’s ocean with Christ at the helm, leading them all the way to the safe haven of the future new heaven and earth.  Mariners offers a growing range of materials to aid Bible reading, whether based on books of the Bible, or thematic or seasonal resources.
